Great location. Right at the Bencoolen Train Station easy access to and from airport and all around Singapore Great location to take the bus. Easy walking distance to all major sites. Good food outlets nearby Mini bar stocked each day with coconut water and water and soft drinks all complimentary, that was a huge bonus

The hotel was very central to lots of activities we had planned...Fort Canning Park, city centre, Raffles and the National Museum were all within walking distance. It was easy to get a bus to the Botanical Gardens, the bay area and even to the airport because the bus stop was right next to the hotel. 100s of eateries right on the doorstep too. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool when we finished sightseeing for the day. Ideal hotel for a few days in Singapore!

Rooms were great, nicely appointed and really comfy. Great location - we had tickets for the hop on hop off bus and it stopped right outside the hotel. Pool was closed for renovation when we were there which was bit of a let down but it didn't matter too much because we only had a short stay. Had we stayed for longer we would have been disappointed with the lack of pool. The staff were very helpful especially at the reception although the concierge did mess up a request a bit. All in all it was a great stay and I'd recommend it

The property was fantastic, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and quite clean. The amenities in the rooms were perfect - fridge, hot drink station, hair dryer, hand/body soap, moisturiser, shampoo/conditioner, I especially liked the refillable glass water bottle. More than enough PowerPoints and the A/C was very cold! The bed was comfy, linen, pillows and duvet were great quality and the towels clean and changed regularly. Loved that we could cast from our phones onto the TV too! The pool was excellent, clean and never too busy. All the team we encountered were conscientious, helpful and very friendly. The location is brilliant, super close to shopping, cafes, malls and the train. We felt very safe wandering around and got our bearings quickly.

Our room was spacious though the bathroom was a little small. There's a MRT station right next to the hotel.

Brilliant location. Adjacent to all the important MRT lines in Singapore. Walking distance to the museum and Fort Canning. Convenient 24-hr stone on the ground floor is also a huge plus. Stylish and comfortable rooms with excellent facilities.

Great hotel in Singapore! The hotel is impressive and luxurious, very large, with a pool, gym, restaurant and more. The location is excellent, at the exit of the hotel there is a bus stop and a metro station from which you can get anywhere in the city! The room was not large, but it was enough for a couple, with a large and comfortable bed, a small sofa, TV, desk, safe and wardrobe. The room was very clean. The staff was nice, we didn't have too much interaction with them but at check-in and check-out times, they were nice and helpful.

Central location for walking to Orchard Road, having both a bus stop and subway at your doorway. Walk to Singapore National Museum. Elegant, high end breakfast buffet that was part of our room rate. Impressive. Staff very helpful.
